Bridge St, Shelburne Falls

This renovation took approximately 8 months.  The homeowners were very involved in the process performing about 70% of the demolition, the kitchen design, and almost all of the painting.  Other contractors involved in this project included:  Arctic Heating and Cooling, Palmeri Electric, Al Chapman, and Hartnett Plumbing.

Buckland

We did not document this project effectively.  However, it was a full exterior and interior renovation of a small, one story house.  Structural repairs, enormous insulation upgrade, and new electrical and plumbing.  Contractors included Ward Plumbing and Heating, Hilltown Hardwood Floors, Dan Pease Electric, and Dave Noonan Painting.  This project was managed by Neil Martin Construction.

Severence St, Shelburne Falls

A full renovation with budgetary restrictions.  While this project wanted a deeper treatment, we were able to perform a thorough renovation to meet the needs of the customer and the house.  Contractors included Palmeri Electric, Hartnett Plumbing, Josh Smith Hardwood Floors, Home Depot, and Booska Flooring.  Homeowner provided painting.
