"Work with who you trust."
I encourage people to work with someone they trust. That trust may be a feeling, may be based upon experience, or may be a referral from a friend. No matter what the source of the trust, it remains important that you are attentive to that feeling. I, for example, work with a handful of different sub contractors and I do so because I trust them. They are not the least expensive and they are not infallible. What they offer is a vested interest in the quality of their work and they are communicative. I trust their judgment.
